In 2020, Wrap & Roll Kitchen was born from Chef Brian’s passion to reinvent nostalgic flavors for the contemporary palate. While there’s a world of dishes out there, nothing beats the thrill of comfort food. At Wrap & Roll Kitchen, we embarked on a mission to infuse classic comfort with a modern twist.

From Food Truck Dreams to Brick-and-Mortar Reality

Brian’s journey began in 2020 when he enrolled in culinary school, fueled by a desire to share his unique take on comfort classics. What started as a food truck dream quickly blossomed into a full-fledged restaurant at 220 Georgia Ave. in North Augusta.
